Dr. Goodrich accepts all insurance programs and is a preferred provider for Concordia and Delta Dental.

Finance Options:

Chase Health Advance with its convenient payment plans, a simple application process and an instant decision, allows you to schedule you treatment today and pay for it over time.  Chase offers No interest payment plans up to 24 months and Extended payment plans up to 48 months.  Here is a link to the Chase Health Advance site for more information and an application form.  When filling out the application you will need our Provider Merchant ID # which is 42920 for general treatment and 61211 for Invisalign.

CareCredit takes only minutes to apply and approval is decided momentarily.  CareCredit offers No Interest and Extended Payment Plans for treatment fees from $1 to over $25,000.  Here is a link to the CareCredit site for more information and an application form.
